MCB Group and Uniciti Education Hub have launched the MCB Institute of Finance (MCB IF). This institute aims to provide specialised and continuous learning to students and professionals from the banking and financial sectors. In the long run, MCB IF aims to become a regional reference in terms of executive education.

By offering quality training - in regards to the choice of programs and to the expertise of its partners and contributors-, MCB IF is participating in positioning Mauritius as an "education hub". The institute is set to attract students as well as professionals from the banking and finance sector, not only from Mauritius, but also from Africa. MCBIF therefore aspires to have a regional, and even an international reach.

Through its positioning and expertise, MCB Group has an in-depth knowledge of the opportunities and challenges faced by professionals in the fast-changing and complex world of finance. The creation of MCB IF thus meets the evolving need for training in this domain.

The creation of MCB IF is in perfect harmony with the vision of Uniciti Education Hub, through its programs of excellence and its innovative approach to position Mauritius as a knowledge economy.

The courses offered at MCB IF will be offered in partnership with high-caliber institutions including: Paris II University, Panthéon-Assas, the Retail Banking Academy which has a "Triple E" accreditation, and Emeritus Institute of Management which offers programs in collaboration with the most prestigious universities of the United States, including MIT Sloan's Executive Education Department, Columbia Business School, and Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. The certifications obtained will therefore be issued by internationally recognised institutions.
