The conference, hosted by MCB IF and co-organised by Uniciti Education Hub, provides a platform for interaction and exchanging research and facts among Banks and Law experts. Banking mediation, Fintech, personal data and AI are strategical banks’ subjects. The event will be led by two prestigious experts in French Banking law: Mr. Jean-Louis Guillot and Mr. Emmanuel Jouffin. The conference will be in French.

• The speaker spent most of his career in the banking sector, particularly in the Legal Department of BNP Paribas until 2010, as advisor to the Group's General Management.
• He served as Chairman of the Comité juridique de la Fédération bancaire française for 10 years.
• He was a member of the Bureau du droit de l’entreprise of MEDEF.
• Member of the Conseil de la Vie Sociale et des Etudes, Mr. Guillot participated in the creation of the Ecole de droit de l’Université de Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, where he teaches as a professor at the Centre de Formation de la Profession Bancaire.
• Holder of the law and jurisprudence column of the publications Banque and Banque et Droit for nearly 30 years. He is a member of the editorial board.
• Since his retirement, he has been appointed Médiateur de la consommation dans le secteur bancaire and is on the list of European consumer mediators of the European Commission (EC). He is a Médiateur of the Cercle des Médiateurs bancaires and a member of several boards of directors, including L’Association Nationale des Juristes de banque of which he is also Honorary President.

• He holds a doctorate in private law from the University of Paris I. Emmanuel Jouffin has spent most of his career in the banking sector. 
• He also teaches in the Diplôme Universitaire Data Protection Officer of University of Paris II, and in the Master II droit bancaire et financier of the University of Paris I.
• He works at the University Paris Dauphine.
• He is also vice-president of L’Association Nationale des Juristes de Banque and co-hosts the regulation and compliance section of the publication Banque.
• He is a laureate of a mention spéciale of Prix Turgot for a collective work, dedicated to the reporting of suspicious transactions in the fight against money laundering.
