MCB launches its Childcare Allowance

Since the 1^st August, all parents working within the Group and having children aged between 14 weeks and three years have benefited from a monthly Childcare Allowance of Rs 6,500. This initiative is part of a global policy aimed at creating a working environment where employees can find a harmonious balance between their professional and personal lives.
