Great Place to Work® and EQUAL-SALARY Certifications Renewed

MCB Group has once again obtained the Great Place to Work® (GPTW) certification for another consecutive year, reaffirming the strength of its people-centric model built on trust, listening, and employee engagement. In the same vein, MCB has also confirmed the renewal of its international EQUAL-SALARY certification, following a rigorous external audit.

Granted, based on employee feedback and an independent assessment, this certification reflects a day-to-day reality: a work environment where employees feel respected, heard, and fully involved in the Group’s transformation journey. It highlights a corporate culture where pride in belonging and the ability to contribute truly make a difference.

Another Concrete Commitment

MCB also confirms the renewal of its EQUAL-SALARY certification, following an external audit process confirming its continued compliance with international standards on pay equity.

The EQUAL-SALARY distinction, first awarded to MCB in May 2024, made it the first African bank to obtain certification from the Swiss-based foundation of the same name. This certification ensures that compensation practices are based on objective, transparent, and fair criteria, in strict adherence to the principle of “Equal Pay for Equal Work.”
