Launch of Le Domaine de Grand-Baie

In October 2018, MCB Capital Markets announced that it had advised a consortium of investors on the structuring and capital raising for the construction of Le Domaine de Grand-Baie, the first senior serviced residence managed by an internationally recognized operator in the north of Mauritius. Le Domaine de Grand-Baie was officially launched on 29 September 2022.
